From time to time, we can all use an emotional boost. Listed below are video links I've found to be both motivational and inspirational. Enjoy!!

Jessica Cox is an incredible woman. Born without arms, she hasn't let that slow her down one bit. She drives, scuba dives, has her private pilot's license, surfs, plays the piano, and puts her contact lenses in with her big toe. She is also a motivational speaker. This young woman doesn't know the meaning of "CAN'T".

Les Brown is one of the most inspirational people on the planet. His life story is validation of what the "YES I CAN" Project is all about. In school, he was labeled "Educable Mentally Retarded". But when a teacher told him "someone else's opinion of you does not have to become your realitiy", Les held on to that and adopted a "YES I CAN" attitude. He is now one of the highest paid motivational speakers in the world! My favorite part of this video begins at 4:18.

12 Things to Remember - Thought provoking video with a great soundtrack.

Good to Be Alive
- A very funny comedy routine and inspirational message, all rolled into one. Jack Rushton is a quadraplegic and a wonderful example of a person who is all about "YES I CAN".
